PPV? That must mean Lemieux is demanding a lot of money, more than HBO would be willing to pay. That's the only reason imaginable this would end up on PPV. I certainly hope it isn't.

Please, "someone", just one fighter is getting knocked out and we all know who it is. Don't hype this fight as some 50-50 fight where we don't know who is going to lose.

If you GGG fans just tell like it is and admit you are just happy GGG is getting another KO, fine but don't call this a great action fight when one guy is gonna get slaughtered. And no Beating Guerrero, Rosado or NDam
doesn't make him a world beater.

Personally I think this is an awesome fight.
Lemieux is IBF champion, but most people don't rate him that highly (going 7-5 in a fight in a box, covered up by the four knockdowns, wasn;t as dominant a performance as folks have been selling it to be.

In Lemieux, at least Golovkin is stepping in with a guy who can punch a bit; doubt it goes 6 rounds.

let me guess, -Kev-...the only acceptable fights for GGG are Ward or Lara? The former last fought at 172 and brings little in the way of marketability or revenue to the table. Also, he once made Chad Dawson drop down a full weight class because he believed he was the A side fighter. Yet he's not willing to drop at all for GGG, who is clearly the one with more fan support now? Hypocrite, much? Lara is with Haymon, who won't ever do business with HBO, so all of his trash talking is equivalent to talking **** on the internet, knowing that you'll never have to back it up.

The mere fact that you have to cling to the idea of these two guys being the only acceptable opponents for GGG proves that you think he's an elite fighter. If it's not good enough that he fight another world champion coming off several impressive victories...you're just bitter because for some reason you don't like Gennady. Well, guess what...most boxing fans DO.
