I was away in Chicago at the time, but I'm 100% sure it was Sky box office only. OP was only 11 or 12 though (Damn I feel old), so I can understand the mix up.
Well if his age is accurate, he was 12 when that fight happened. Probably didn't even know who Floyd was and totally understandable that he did not remember Hymen being mentioned.
You're 58 and didn't even know the Ring Magazine title existed 2 weeks ago.

RING already have a title for each division with no sanctioning fees. I do not know if they have a physical belt to go along with it, I have never seen one or heard the RING title announced before a fight. It would be something to consider if RING was not owned by ODLH/GB. I do not believe that any promoter or manager or organization which has contracts with fighters should be in charge of handing out title belts.
