The difference is that if you go and fight the very best fighter at the next weight up, you really are at a disadvantage. When GGG moves up to 168, he may never be able to move back down effectively.

I seen GGG fans when Ward was dealing with his promotion issues it was GGG fans spamming Ward Instagram Comment Section being very disrespectful and saying ****** ****. He doesn't have to change his mind. RocNation is making the decisions, not Andre. That's what tends to happen when you sign a contract with someone and they're expecting a return on their investment. As I stated, Andre's been out of the game two years. HBO and RocNation both want some money and given the option of Kovalev and GGG... well, I would pick GGG if I was Ward too. Like I said, he wants that fight because he doesn't want the big mean Russian.

Ward doesn't NEED the fight though, because he can take Kovalev if he has to. GGG doesn't have that option or luxury he needs the name on his resume.
