  • Comments Thread For: Team Andrade Continue War of Words With Mundine

PROVIDENCE - The war of words continue between representatives of undefeated World Boxing Organization (WBO) junior middleweight champion Demetrius "Boo Boo" Andrade (21-0, 14 KOs) and former two-time super middleweight titlist Anthony "The Man" Mundine (47-7, 27 KOs).

Team Andrade issued a press release last Saturday night regarding an agreement it alleged Team Mundine had reneged on for a fight between the two aforementioned fighters next month in Australia. Team Mundine issued a statement yesterday, in which it claimed it had never agreed to a deal, largely because it included a three-fight option on Mundine.

"deserve to see fights they really want?" I am pretty sure nobody wants to see a Mundine/Andrade fight. Andrade talks the talk but unfortunately talking can only get you so far.

Andrade say one thing, his team says another, once again it seems like neither are on the same page just like with the Korobov and Charlo Situation

Who the **** wants to see him fight Mundine

Andrade needs to step up because he's wasting his time and talent trying to get Mundine in the ring.

Dont know why Andrade is interested in fighting Mundine, or fighting in Australia.

          He simply cannot do it.

Unless he promises to change his ridiculous nickname.

Then he can fight who/where he likes

Mundine has the best nick ever.

I remember years ago, before Mundine started boxing he played rugby league.

Thats where his nickname came from, not from boxing.

And he was a fkn unreal league player man, soooo instinctively talented.

            Amazing athlete.

He won player of the year one season, I cant remember what year, but when the award was being presented the announcer was giving him accolades..... " you are an amazing athlete, the best five-eight in the country, the best league player in the world "..... and Mundine butted in, grabbed the mic, and said.... " and I'm The Man, dont forget that willya "

The announcer said..... of course, yes, you are the man
