OSCAR - MAYORGA ; Who Will Win ?

I'm not a Mayorga fan. He's loud, abrasive and somewhat limited in his
ability. He is not nearly as polished as Oscar. Part of me wants to see De
La Hoya give Mayorga a beating worse then Tito did. One thing Mayorga can do
is punch. He is also strong and has an awkward, wild swinging style. For a
controlled boxer like Oscar, Mayorga's unpredictability could cause him some
problems. The other part of me would like to see Oscar get flattened and
wipe that arrogant, smug smile off his face. De La Hoya looks very focused
for this fight. He also envisions a few more mega paydays if he wins. Plus I
really think that he strongly dislikes Mayorga. I've got to go with Oscar
but it could be interesting. I am really looking forward to this one.

Oscar's gonna outbox him, but I hope it gets crazy at times. I mean, it IS a Mayorga fight, so something wild should happen. I'm definitely pulling for Mayorga but predicting De La Hoya.

Oscar even with the rust. It will be interesting to see what DLH does when he gets tired late because Mayorga doesnt seem to slow down to much.

However, I think Mayorga is going to come into this fight and back peddle his way into the late rounds and try to score a KO late....

I think Oscar will box well, but doesn't have the power to keep Mayo off him. It took a savage beating from the P4P hardest hitter in the sport to take him out, after going down a couple of times.

He's too wild and unpredictable and will make the fight ugly.

I think it will go to the cards, and King will get it done for Mayo without a doubt.

I hate to say it...but that's what I think will happen.

I dont doubt the disputed decision but Mayorga simply isnt as strong at 154 as he was at 147. Oscar played his cards pretty well with bigger guys. I dont think Mayorga will have much to offer Oscar as in terms of not dealing with something he already hasnt. Mind you Mayorga isnt the same fighter either.

All on point.

It's just Mayorga is a psychopath and will walk through hailstorms to do the windmill. Even if he's stunned and hurt, Oscar's punches will be ignored by the judges because of Mayorga's ridiculous punch output.

Case and point: Another time Oscar gets robbed in my opinion.

I'd certainly like to see a clear cut victory for Oscar, and wouldn't mind losing all the internet points I've bet on this fight.
