That record of 41lbs, was made by a fighter who.....
    * ended up at heavyweight
    * used steroids to get there

His name is Roy Jones Jnr.

    Manny is 2nd, with 40lb's.

Manny has the second highest recorded weight-gain EVER, second only to a HEAVYWEIGHT, a HEAVYWEIGHT who used steroids.

And (coincidentally)..... Pac wouldnt test during that timeframe

    Stoppit !
But the increase in punch-output, after moving up so many divisions, is the real indicator..... and again, who moves down in weight toward the end of their career..... immediately after finally agreeing to undertake random blood tests?

    Fkn su****ious !

It was never proven but its been said by trainers Angelo Dundee, Eddie Futch, Teddy Atlas, and Emmanuel Steward that the last thing a fighter loses is his punch. Its just odd in Manny's case that it was the first thing that disappeared. Also the fact his power declined after the accusations, and the departure of Alex Ariza. Lets not forget the very first time Floyd tried to make the fight and Pac refused blood testing. If you're a clean fighter and the only thing keeping from the biggest payday and fight of your entire career is a blood test, then why have an issue. Especially if your opponent is willing to do the same. Like I said its never been proven but that's a little suspect.

Paulie's entitled to his opinion but he's not entitled to-accusations without proof. That's defamation of character and Manny's entitled to sue and collect, just as he did with the Mayweathers. Opinions are like *******s everybody's got one and even an ******* like Paulie can have an opinion(specially since his boxing IQ is "tru da friggin roof" LOL

Then why wasn't Malignaggi included in the original lawsuit ?

He dissed Pacquiao far worse than Mayweather did.

Mayweather made inferences, Malignaggi called Pacquiao a steroid cheat.

And Malignaggi did it publicly, including a number of radio interviews.

I will give you a tip......

          1) Pac had no problem fighting Malignaggi
          2) Pac knows that he likely would have beaten Malignaggi even with testing

Neither of those things applied to Mayweather.

          Smarten up.
