What I suspected at the time.....
The lawsuit..... was just a gag-order that prevented further negotiations..... when Arum realised that Mayweather would never abandon his demands for additional drug testing, and that Pacquiao would have to be clean when they fight, he became a cash-out fight for Pacquiao..... which is why we had to wait so long for it to happen.

Back on topic, Malignaggi is about as ****** as they come but somehow can talk quite articulately. It's a bit strange.
Perhaps somebody should sit him down and point out that at welter Pacquiao is quite small and has only stopped guys with accumulation outside of Hatton (face first defense) and Cotto (inexperienced trainer, still reeling from the Marg beating, family tragedy). If you look at the bigger picture, Pacquiao has been damn consistent above 130.
