Who says I don't want to see Brook/Thurman? I want all these lower tier welters to fight one another.

We've got one blatantly avoiding another here, so I'm calling it like it is. Show me a thread with Brook explaining why he won't fight Thurman, and I'll do the same. Now will you answer my original question? Why are you so petrified of Khan facing Brook?

You'll understand better if you guys just admit Brook is the bigger clown. You don't stop fighting elite fighters just because you beat a mediocre Porter in a clinch fest. Instead, he fought no no dans and don't have any intention of fighting higher level of competition just because he fears losing the Khan fight. That's a huge joke and you know it.

Amir's named 3 fighters who Brook should fight. Khan's only faced one of them and was lucky to get a decision when many people think he lost. Meanwhile Khan has lost to handpicked opponents while Brook remains undefeated. Is that what Khan means by building a rep? Brook should walk away from this and shut Amir out. Brook just needs to forget about Khan now. He's the Champ, build up his resume/legacy and if/when Khan comes begging for a fight just tell him he can "go f**k himself".... he had his chance.

Your penalising Brook for fighting guys he hasn't even fought yet. The appetite and desire is there to fight Thurman in a unification in the future, that has come from both sides.

The fight with Gavin was straightforward to tie up as they share the same promoter. They wanted Khan at that time and now still but refuses to come to the table for the most limp reasons. He is missing out on the opportunity to win a world title, a UK grudge match and topple a rival in the upper reaches of the welterweight division.

Just because Khan says the fight is not going to happen, doesn't have to dampen Brook and Matchroom's continued desire for the fight and give UK fans especially a bout they want to see. Not to mention it's an opportunity to make big money and there is genuine dislike there.

The only fight that brings more to the table for Khan is Mayweather, and that is gone down the plughole because Khan isn't prepared to put it on the line to earn a shot.

I understand boxers trying to build these fights up as long as possible and allow them to marinate properly but brook vs Thurman or khan needs to happen for the sake of all involved. They money will still be impressive but if one loses the fights will be in jeopardy anyway. Porter vs Thurman was touted before kell schooled him. and im not buying this hugged him so many times pish the second part of the fight porter did the hugginh and u can just win a fight by holding. Khan doesn't fight in the UK. Even then, he doesn't sell out venues in the US either.

Pretty much everyone knows what Khan is at this point; a fighter avoiding punchers at all costs.

Yes, with that in mind, since Mayweather does not want the fight, I'd like to see Khan fight Bradley. It'll probably be Guerrero or Broner next though.

You also get the feeling within the porter fight brook did what he had to and in the end if he went toe to toe he could have knocked porter out. I think brook makes Thurman look average, just as much power contrary to what you all think and a better chin, better technique and bigger
