I think this is a red herring. I still fully expect Arreola to be the opponent in September.
Eric Molina was a pretty random opponent

For being such an obscure nobody, Wawrzyk sure gets some big fights. Povetkin fought him for the WBA the fight before Wlad and now Wilder might fight him for the WBC?

Watch that Povetkin fight, he sucks bad..

He's not even ranked in the WBC.

He hasn't fought in a long time, because he was seriously injured in an auto accident.

After Wawrzyk beats the 3-14 (BoxRec #771 HW) opponent tomorrow, his manager Al Haymon will get the WBC to include him in their next rankings.

Funny the same guys who hate on GGG think this kid is the second coming yet he fights guys with day jobs 99% of the time.
Joshua would knock this kid out inside 4 rounds already.

Yes. He was knocked down by a 1-14 opponent who never stopped anybody in his career.

Maybe the fact that he sucks so bad is the reason he gets these big fights

                  Yes.

                  He's a soft opponent with a good-looking record.

                    Yeah,, I agree...

Arreola has been on PBC and hbo many times...his name is about as well as established as any contender... Arreola is way past his prime, so you might as well cash him out now... I don't think it will be viable a year or so from now
