It's two different worlds really, Brook needs to actually put himself in some tough fights like Khan has for years and years before trying to get the Khan payday.

That's the difference with Khan and Brook - no one can deny that Khan has fought far better opposition throughout his career, tough opponent after tough opponent, while Brook has taken the path of least resistance.

Even at 147 - Khan has only had 4 fights at the weight, while Brook has spent his entire pro career there but overall Khan's fought better opposition at 147 in 4 fights than Brook has in like 35 fights or something.

Sounds crazy but it's 100% true and it's all on record. So there we have it.

If Brook fights 2 or 3 name fighters over the next 8 months or so then I'd be interested in the Khan fight end of 2016. Right now however, Brook isn't a worthy opponent, the IBF belt is worth less than toilet paper to Khan.
The Porter win has got you running!

Since when do fighters need equal resumes to get in the ring with each other?

Suppose if Brook had a win against Marquez, Pacquiao, or even Mayweather, would he still have to build his resume because he has only one good win?

The fact is Brook has beaten the higher ranked fighter at welterweight, whilst Khan has been matched carefully at 147 in order to keep himself clean for a fight that probably ain't gonna happen for him now.

Based on ability, and not on resumes, we don't actually know in the UK who our best welterweight is. Khan/Brook is a genuine 50/50 fight.

You sound like a f.uck'n idiot. Brook's win over Porter trumps anything Khan has done at 47. Unless of course you consider b1tch'n about a Floyd fight that he doesn't deserve, nor does anyone care about, an accomplishment.

No mention of Garcia I see or did you not see that beating.....you are truly in denial .In boxing you are only generally as good as your last fight or for your convenience is this also something you wish to forget. Khan was wobbled and struggled against a mediocre opponent who he said would be his statement fight, it was Khan is crap, brave but crap !
Does it Not sound a little fishy to even you that Brook is a easy fight in Amir's eyes but he refuses to fight him for a career highest payday , a world title on PPV , in front of 80,000 people and millions worldwide but according to you his resume doesn't suit ! What a gullible twat you are and pretty dam ignorant at that!

This is it. If anything you gotta point the finger at Khan and his advisers, they have let their standards slip and they have left the door open for someone like Brook to have a genuine claim for a fight.

Where do you ******s come from? You're the one who sounds like a phuckin idiot. Maybe in your mind Brook's win over Porter somehow "trumps" what Khan has done, but that's just in your mind, it's not reality. Wake the phuck up, you lil snot-nosed brat. Porter isn't Mayweather or Pacquiao is he? You're acting as if he is.

you guys overrate Porter just as much as you overrate Brook. And you do that, just so that you can place Brook on this pedestal... lol

Both Porter and Brook (and Thurman for that matter) all pale in comparison compared to Khan if you look at the quality of opposition they've all faced overall in their careers. Khan's record, by far, surpasses them all in a major way. He's faced much better opposition than all 3 of them overall, could even be argued he's faced better opposition than all 3 of them COMBINED.

Khan changes his mind and contradicts himself like a woman so I guess it's worth a try.

Khan should just accept this fight and give the Uk fans what they want.
