See the way he worded this is problematic. It's kind of like he expects that he probably cannot make 168 anymore and may have to move up. I have an idea, just move up. Hopefully this will allow you to remove focus on cutting 20 lbs in training camp and instead focus on technique.
Not that it would make much of a difference at this point.
