I know it doesnt mean wach is better than fury but I dont think wach is a bad choice for a sparring partner as he does have some descent wins and has size and strength. youre never going to find a perfect sparring partner

Hammer was inexperienced when he fought Wach. Wach did stop him a couple rounds sooner than Fury but Fury's performance was more impressive.

Saying a guy finished someone earlier doesn't really mean anything. Chagaev easily flattened Pianeta in 1rd but it took Wlad 6 rds to get the job done.

He's just big. He doesn't offer much else. I'd rather get a mover into the camp with decent size. Wach's feet are planted in cement. but he is big.

Joseph Parker and Anthony Joshua would be good additions to the sparring camp. Both big, can move and box too.

Hammer had only had 8 fights when he fought Wach. Wach was 23 - 0

It went 6 rounds, not 5. And Hammer landed more punches on Wach in every one of those 6 rounds than he did in the whole fight against Fury.

Finding sparring partners for either guy is going to be a mammoth task. They'll probably have to resort to combining fighters who exhibit similar isolated traits. Preparing for the physical aspect of either fighter is important, but so is preparing for the speed, unorthodoxy (for Fury) style and so on. It depends on what their tactics are I guess.

Wach is a way more clumsy looking fighting than Fury is. And as for this slam-dunk opinion of the fight, I would be shocked if Wlad steamrolls Fury. I'm convinced the Brit will have some surprises for Klit. Don't think he wins, but I do think he may even drop Wlad at least once. Anyway, looking forward to this defense more than any of Wlads in years.

LOL@Fury fans......are you guys really going at Wlad's choice of sparring partners? This is gold.....What's next?

You do realize that he will probably have at least 4-5 guys to spar right?

All he needs is someone tall to adjust to punching up that's it. He doesn't need a guy that fights like Fury, he just needs a body of the right proportions to prep on.

Of all the Fury fans getting hard peckers because Wlad can't possibly find a 6' 9" switch hitter, think to yourselves who is Fury going to spar to replicate the style, speed and POWER of the champion ? ...... Thought so, nobody !

You're all embarrassing yourselves, who could Wlad have possibly found to replicate Haye, the answer is he didn't and he completely schooled his ass. Fury will have the same issues Wach had when he began to slip behind on points against Wlad, he will have to come forward to press the action, bringing himself in range as he will be unable to control the fight from distance as Wlad is superior in just about every crucial department ie reflexes, power, IQ, temperament, etc etc......

One thing I have noticed with Fury is for his size he allows his opponents to negate the fact he has superior reach to all of them by allowing them to move inside to begin to tee off before he slips out, he fails to keep said fight at distance from the off. Crucially I expect this will be his undoing as he will be undone and come unglued once Wlad measures his own effective distance which Wlad always establishes within 1-2 rounds.

Knocking someone out quicker doesnt mean anything its the fighters approach to getting the k.o ,Wach is not a fast starter.

The funny thing is Wach is more fundamentally sound than Fury ,he throws much crisper accurate punches he was polish national champ with extensive experience as an amateur and is more polished than Fury ,Wlad is basically sparring a guy whos skills trump Furys and has a much better chin which will practically allow for Klitchko to go full power in sparring ,footwork is going to be nothing in this fight Wlad wont miss a 6'9 giant heavy bag and will probably have a harder time sparring Wach then fighting Fury,in other words Fury is ........

To me a good fight watching this would be Wlad just dropping this guy and calling it a day in round ONE!No war or competitive fight would compare to a Fury lost for words!
