He has, just once, vs Brian Vera, who was beaten by Willie Monroe Jr at MW in his next fight and KO'd in 2 by Rocky Fielding in his only other fight at SMW.

So for beating Vera, who has never won a single fight at SMW, Jr is ranked No5 by the WBC.

He is at best 8. but maybe not even in the top 10
Everybody saw how easily Fonfara whitewashed him. I still laugh at that. It was at 172, but still...
Abraham, Ward, Degale, Groves, Anthony Dirrel, Andre Dirrell, Badou Jack, I think these ones are just better than him. Chudinov, Callum Smith and Gilberto Ramirez are also arguably better than him.

He can make 168 with a reasonable effort. He should be rated about 20th and certainly not 5th.

Boxrec ranks him 11th at 175. Their rankings are usually fair. I guess they think his 168 pound days are over but I think 168 is his best weight if he trains hard and watches his diet. He should not be rated 5th in any weight class. He just barely beat little Reyes.

He is so easy to hit. GGG would knock his head off at any weight.
