Brook-Khan will always be a British event so it doesn't really matter in regards to that fight how big Brook is in America. They're not going to put it on PPV in America.

Right now, most America fans know Brook as "that guy Amir Khan is scared of". Khan is not loved in America or even much of a draw either. You're exaggerating.

First off, it's not a British only event, Khan brings more attention in the US and Showtime would probably be willing to show this fight and their star billing (i.e. Khan v Brook rather than Brook v Khan) would be Khan.

Anyway, I dunno why I'm going over this, unless you're just a plain hater, everyone knows Khan is the star billing in this one.

Ofc, that COULD change if Brook fought and beat Bradley or Pacquiao, then that changed things but those are two massive fights that have very little chance of happening.

that was a reply to your post, which seemed to imply that carl froch's accomplishments made andre ward want to die. andre ward is the more accomplished boxer. froch got paid more in the short term, but he also pays more in taxes, and had a style that won't let itself to the long career that ward's likely to have. we shall see in five years who has earned more.


ward embarrassed carl froch when they boxed. fighters evidently care more about that than you do.. froch held the top spot in the division only while ward was gone. ward came back, and froch retired almost immediately.

It will be shown on US TV but not on PPV so it really doesn't matter how big Brook's name is in the US for this particular fight.

The money is already there. It will be shown at UK time from a UK arena on UK PPV. The US market isn't that important for this particular fight.
