Bob's issue is a simple one, and arguably not the one being thought here ....

Pacquiao, after getting the "Kobe Bryant shoulder injury", is not keeping to the charade of "getting the follow-up check on the injury", and Arum seems to understand that Pacquiao, doing what he's doing, is going to lead to folks asking the questions that they should've been asking this whole time.

Claim the injury immediately after the fight, never show any pictures of the MRI/post-surgery, and now Pacquiao's arm is good enough to not demand a follow-up check up?

Maybe that injury wasn't as extensive as initially sold to the genera public, lol

Pacquiao had a chance to leave Bob but he chose to stay with Bob out of loyalty which was probably a huge mistake on Manny's part. Both Floyd and Oscar made way more money when they left Bob Arum and they had far more control over there careers. Honestly, Manny should have left Arum as soon as he reached superstar status.

Arum makes his fighters resign long term contracts before he delivers them their big fight. Pacquiao, Marquez and Bradley fell victim to this, but Mikey Garcia and Chavez JR fought it, which is why they had their issues with Arum. Cotto also claims that Arum told him that he would shelf him for the remainder of his contract if he didnt accept the 145 catchweight limit for the Pacquiao fight

He also prevented Mayweather-DLH at welterweight and Mayweather-Cotto in their primes. He wanted Mayweather, DLH, Cotto and Pacquiao as his 4 cash cows, as they each appealed to a different demographic


But people defend Arum becasue
