People arent actually realizing the real issue here and why Pacquiao cancelled it.

Its a fake injury and Pacquiao is probably tired of playing along and Arum is angry that Pacquiao isnt going along with it, so it makes the injury look bogus, and thats whats pissing Arum off.

Your original statement implied that Bob Arum's point of view is what you wrote above, but I don't believe what Arum says implies that. I think he is frustrated that he can't get Pacquiao to work on the schedule he had set out for him aka that he won't be able to get Pacquiao ready to fight again in a reasonable (in his opinion) time frame.
