Comments Thread For: Froch: DeGale is Easy Win For Me and Andre Ward

CARL FROCH retired last week insisting that James DeGale would have been an “easy” fight.

The Cobra was not interested in a clash with DeGale so hung up the gloves aged 38 after four reigns as world super-middleweight champion.

The Nottingham boxer was involved in back-to-back world title scraps since 2008 and his last fight was the stunning KO of George Groves in front of 80,000 at Wembley last May.

I didn't think that the Ward-Froch fight was boring.

I don't think Ward fights are boring. I think Froch needs to say this to justify his blatant ducking of a second arse whipping from Ward but I feel he's right about DeGale's chance at beating either of the two

Froch called Calzaghe out. Calzaghe by slap-slap decision -- easy work.

Yes, UD Calzaghe. Too slick, too fast. If Groves was outslicking Froch at times, just imagine.
