I'd like to see him try to avenge his absolute schooling by Alexander, and get given another lesson

What a bizarre match that was. He was totally neutralized and looked terrible. Not sure that would happen in a rematch.

Good news, I was getting worried that Madiana was going to ride off into the Dulce De Leche sunset.

He's got plenty of great match ups in his division and he needs to lose the weight and come back to wreck some shit.

Not a chance... Chino is bound for great things. Once Garcia gets his hands on him again and they start training, he will be a legitimate threat to anyone in his weight class. Even Floyd. We've seen that.

I'm not one to make any excuses for any fighter, especially not for Maidana who seems he wouldn't make any ever, but something was completely off by Maidana that night. I mean, Devon freakin' Alexander in my opinion could have stopped Maidana that night had he not been so hell bent on matching his clinch stats with this punching stats. That's how bad Maidana looked that night, a guy who has given everybody else hell, even in defeat.
