It will.most likely be in Vegas, but to be honest the only place where Cotto will be favored by fans is the east coast. Vegas seems neutral but it is Canelo country for the most part.

It's as neutral as it's gonna get. It's more neutral than NY for Cotto or Texas for Canelo. Besides this fight will be bigger in Vegas. People will travel to come to Vegas, becaise Vegas is a tourist attraction. Nobody outside of people outside of the east coast are trying to travel to NY.
