She doesn't need Floyd's name to build her own. There is no boxer active today with the name recognition amongst the regular public that Ronda Rousey has.

I don't get why the MMA community and boxing fans don't come to the conclusion that if a boxer and MMA'er fight in a MMA fight, the MMA fighter will most likely win AND if a boxer and MMA'er have a boxing match, the boxer will most likely win.

He isn't because GGG has said multiple times his dream is to fight Floyd at 154. Why are you criticizing him for staying @ 154 and helping GGG achieve his dream?

Floyd has moved up while Rhonda, just like GGG, will not move up and face a real challenge.

Maybe GGG and Rhonda can get married and have kids. the kids first word would be "FLoyd".

-In a street fight, ANYTHING goes. You tackling a guy to the ground may hurt him, but you would also be dropping your own hands and knees on the concrete just attempting it. He also is able to use anything he can get his hands on to win, not just technique. Imagine trying to arm bar a standing man in an alley.
-Most prime boxers would stand a better chance than most give them credit for. I have flipped by UFC fights a few times and seem some of their best get knocked out by a "striker". And I didn't see Zlatan Ibrahimovi***263;, I just saw guys with below average boxing technique. Would a boxer struggle with kicks and take downs? Absolutely. In the same way MMA fighters would struggle with the power, accuracy, and movement of most pro boxers. The whole premise of my dragon style is greater than your tiger style is nonsense. Certain fighters are better than others. And sometimes the better fighter does not win.

And I see nothing wrong with Dana White's approach. I don't have the official numbers, but MayPac possibly made more money than UFC has made in the last 5-8 years. And Canelo-Cotto is on the horizon. And boxing is now back on free tv in a big way. White has to use propaganda to keep the momentum he has been building all this time. He wants boxing to be marginalized, and it seems half of the posters on nsb do as well.

So you'd bet your life on that? Honestly, I don't know which of the two would win, but as Rousey refuses to fight Cyborg at a weight Cyborg can make (and a weight Rousey herself can be comfortable at but is still lower than her weight years ago as an Olympian - not one which Rousey must strain to make), I have my doubts as to the winner of that match - which is why I'd like to see it. And as for the charge that Cyborg uses PEDS, likely she does, but seeing how different Ronda looks when she's making weight, I have to believe that she is using something herself - although so far it has gone undetected.

My life umm hell no lol. Money? All day. Cyborg is all about overpowering her opponents. That falls right into the hands of Rousy with her Judo and submission skills. The weight issue is huge. The difference is almost the eqivalent of a middleweight fighting a LHW. Probably worse actually when you factor in the size difference of men versus women. As far as PEDS go. Cyborg is a proven user. Rousy there is absolutely zero evidence.
