Former fighter and veteran trainer Jeff Mayweather, who is also the uncle to pound-for-pound king Floyd Mayweather Jr., believes Manny Pacquiao fabricated the details of his right shoulder injury.

Pacquiao says he suffered a serious shoulder injury during the fourth round of his twelve round decision loss to Floyd Jr. on May 2nd. The injury required surgery, which Pacquiao did undergo not log after the contest.

People would pay for the rematch but its pointless. Pac is not cleared to fight again until next year. So for some miracle a rematch is agreed, Pac would step into the ring with Floyd after having a year off. That's not a smart move going into a fight with Mayweather. Plus that excuse will used by both Pacquiao and fans so why bother entertaining a rematch. Pac had his chance and he didn't win. Life goes on. He still will considered an all time great and the only fighter to capture titles in 8 divisions.
