I throughly enjoyed that episode.
You defintely get the feel that's it's his last fight.
You could tell that security guards pride was extremely hurt. That's the difference between actual fighting and "street fighting"

You can look on TicketMaster, which has a map of what tickets are left. It doesn't look like 10,000 (which would be more than half) but when I saw the page last there looked to be thousands of seats left.
