And I didn't watch any of it, but I'm not the least bit surprised Mayweather didn't do anything offensively. He hasn't for a long time and I didn't expect him to now. I don't understand why anyone expected him to suddenly go for a stoppage and put together his punches when he hasn't done that since Ortiz or so.
I just thought because he hasn't fought a fighter on the level of Berto In such a long time and the style match up was so favourable that he would go to work.

But clearly he has no choice, he simply can't any more and it has never been so apparent.

Boring fight, Saline IV ran, hugged and elbowed his way to a win.

But at least the illegal stream I saw it on was good quality.

Yessss I just woke up with a huge smile on my face. NFL starts today and Mayweather is done fighting. What a good day.

See ya mayweather. Don't let the retirement door hit you in the ass. Now take your fanboys with you.

Finally boxing can get back to normal. Real fans rejoice.

Question, is Mayweather the #1 PPV ever overall? As I recall it was pretty close between him and De La Hoya.

By a wide margin. Oscar sold 14M. Mayweather is at 19M before this fight.

I guess that Pacquiao fight made all the difference between a close race and a Usain Bolt situation where he left everybody behind him by a wide margin at the finish line.

4.4 million in 1 single fight, 9 million sold in 3 fights, 20 million in 1 career. Crazy. Will never be surpassed.
