    Where's Tyson Furys respect?

People poke fun at Tyson Furys resume, I've even seen a poster refer to it as filled with Euro Bums! He's fought who he's had to fight in order to get to the PRIZE. Remember this is prize fighting.

I'm surprised at how Fury is received on Boxing Scene. David Haye was scheduled not once but twice. You all thought and majority still think David Haye would have Ko'd him. Now he's fighting Klitschko for the Lineal HW title(s). The Holy grail.

Where's his props? Froch gets it, GGG gets it. That fight anyone anywhere reputation. There seems to be zero respect for Fury on here apart from the few.

    Any thoughts?

I agree. the fallacy that American fighters are on a level higher than the rest of the world needs to STOP. Europe has just as many great fighters right now, especially on the eastern block. The only difference is the piggy bank is in the U.S. as well as most major promoters/networks. Most top American fighters are cherry picking cheaters...

He's so ****. Unless you're from his same town I don't even understand how people can pretend he is decent (even for a heavy). He has about as much a chance of beating Wlad as I do.

And Eroll Spence Jr is the next coming of the boxing messiah. Yet GGG is a bum who has fought nobody, Froch has no talent and gets away with hard work and a good chin. Marco huck has fought nobody but Euro bums, Arthur Abrahams punch was luicky against jermain Taylor, Carl Frampton has fought nobody, James Degale robbed andre direll(o so did Froch). Sergei Kovalev has been getting lucky( even though he almost killed Bhop). OOOOOO my favorite Alexander povetkin is on steroids, and Wlad holds waaay too much(but Floyd holding and andre ward head butting is boxings sweet science)

This is some of the BULLL****TT I see as common knowledge on this uneducated board.

I like Fury, even if he loses to Wlad which is possible Fury is only 26 years old. All the Wilder and Joshua talk, he is actually younger than both of them and I also think he is more skilled than both and right now I would pick him to beat both if they was to fight right now.

If he doesn't have the fans respect then he has a great opportunity to earn it vs Wlad. I just hope he comes prepared for Wlad tactics, we all know how Wlad fights so if Fury doesn't come prepared I don't want to hear crying about Wlad Clinching after the fight like everybody else

Because hes not that good. Just being really honest there is nothing impressive about him. He looks very sloppy and clumsy and like hes trying to copy ali and failing. Wlad will beat him easily and nobody will pay attention to him anymore

I must have lost the respect somewhere between him coming into the ring looking like a bowl of jello and him punching himself in the face.

He's taken on the role of a heel thus he's never gonna get the respect he deserves even if he were to beat Klitschko or other top fighters. He will take in bigger paydays because of that angle. Its a trade off guys who take the bad guy route knowingly make.

He has a different metabolism and frame, he trains just as hard. It's nice to know you really know where your boxing priorities lie, "what guy looks most ripped man". I bet you were ALL over De La hoya in his prime?
