While it might be a smart marketing move, if he's going to call himself TBE, he should at the very least, give his opponents the PROPER TIME to actually train... what a joke this guy is...

Maybe by the end of July he'll announce his big bogus free CBS send off fight with Berto or who the **** cares....unless the name is Lara/GGG or at the very least a deserving welterweight (who is your damn mandatory floyd) Thurman... The big wait will turn out to be a big joke....
If it's Berto as you said, his last fight was in March, so he would have plenty of time to train since Floyd mentioned his name like a month to 6 weeks ago.

If he chooses Thurman as you want, then he'd have about 2 months to train.

If you stay in shape like Floyd and Bhop, when you get chosen doesn't matter.

Some posters just refuse to engage their brains prior to posting. Smh.

instead of showing he doesnt need advantages. When it comes to stipulations
floyd is a joke. Now you have broke fighters pretending they are floyd in the business sense. Crazy times

This makes no sense. Floyd knows who he will be fighting. So by the time he tells his opponent, Floyd will he more ready.

Even if they don't know for sure they'll be the person, those potential guys know they could be up and should be training already.

****** post. He can train as long as he likes. It's his opponent who doesn't know if he's fighting or not.

Ummm...how would Thurman have 3 months to train... he'd have two months to train if Floyd called him up right after his victory Saturday...

So it's an unwritten rule that you should always be in training for a Floyd Mayweather fight because he's such a diva he won't even tell you properly that the fight is on?

How do you know he lets the guy know ahead of time and only delays the announcement to the public?

What other fighter in history has delayed announcements like Floyd?
