Salido wasn't just overweight, he lowblowed and headbutted a 1 fight pro all night and still almost got KTFO'd at the end of the fight. One or two more fights/experience for Lomachenko and he would of disposed of Salido, easily.
Loma much heavier than Rigo: it's all right.
Lomachenko did almost nothing but hold for 10 rounds against a shopworn Salido. Stop with the excuses, Loma didn't make any.

looks like baiting by shrew hyde-which i don't know if still got any pull with rigo-
if loma tema says no and demand 126, hyde will say ok, let's do it and bob will find another excuse, it's never gonna happen; bob will never risk another future cash cow against rigo.

The rehydration clause is becoming the new catchweight lol.
I think there is more upside in Loma beating Rigo than Rigo beating Loma, so I'd expect Loma to have to bend more to make this fight happen. There is some logic in the beggars can't be choosers angle that Rigo has to contend with & he has to know if he passes up on this fight demands met or not he might not have another big fight opportunity for awhile so Rigo needs to think about that to. Is 2lbs THAT important? Is the rehydration clause THAT important?

I think the offer is fair but if Loma declines it's perfectly understandable.
If it doesn't happen now it's never going to. Lomachenko ain't getting any smaller.Last edited by Gary Coleman; 07-13-2015, 03:43 PM.

That's a double standard.
The big names in their weight class don't want to fight them, and both the 122 and 160 division are the two weakest divisions in the sport. At some point they have to either move up for the glory or just decide to stay in their current situation forever.
Although I will say GGG is in a better situation than Rigo cause he's with a big network that has his back so maybe that gives him an excuse to stay. But at some point fans will be asking him to fight more credible opponents.

This story is trash. The author says Rigo's manager has accepted the offer? No he f###ing didn't. Loma's manager said 126....Rigo's side didn't accept, they said "we'll fight you if you do A and B." Clickbait garbage.
