Khan would be ecstatic to take on Thurman. Let's just hope Mayweather would pick Berto or Mayfield, and not Khan. About time Floyd be given the chance to KO his opponents in an entertaining fashion. Even then we're not still sure if he'll run as usual and in survival mode as usual.

Right now Spence is a nobody. He's fought nobody. And has done literally NOTHING note worthy in the sport of boxing. He's shown talent but that's it, which is also hard to gauge when you're fighting part time Italian house DJ's from NYC.

Thurman would make Spence feel like the young man that he is. Spence needs to build his skills up. Put him in with The Ghost, Broner or Collazo.

The hype this guy is gaining is unreal. Makes me want to he a boxer. Beat a couple no names and I'll be in Mayweather promotions on the brink of a mil dollar payday.

Yes we have seen the song and dance with Haymon fighters after a fight saying I want fighter X, Y and Z next and then when it's time to make a fight Haymon hands them a list of fighters not named X, Y and Z and they fight one of those guys that Haymon tells them to. Want a specific example look at Thurman who has called out tons of fighters and just a week ago said Haymon handed him a list with just one name on it. Collazo a guy he never wanted and who no fans wanted to see him fight. Point is don't listen to a word Haymon fighters say because they have no control over who he wants to fight. So Spence saying he wants Thurman next means nothing. Looking at Haymon's track record and need look no further then Thurman to see how long he babies fighters before he lets them step up in competition. Thurman was in Spence's shoes about 3 years ago and still has yet to fight a top welterweight but Haymon is going to let Spence do that? I just don't buy it.

You still didn't site an example. Keith Thurman can say he wants to fight X,Y and Z but if X,Y and Z don't want to fight him then there is nothing Al Haymon or anyone else can do to make them fight. Perfect example would be Spence (Haymon fighter) saying he wants to fight Thurman or Porter (Haymon fighters) and them saying they are not interested.

How about Amir vs Porter? It would be a good look if he beat Porter more impressively than Kell, but it's a bad style match up for Khan.
