It's a shame this fight had to stop because of a headbutt. It was a much better fight than I expected and Collazo was coming on. He made Thurman look beatable and not top tier like most people think. I would have liked to see this play out.

If the Khan haters are real with themselves, they'll know that Khan performed a lot better, and I mean a lot better, against Collazo than Thurman did.

I don't see why people think Thurman is just going to knock out Khan easily if they fight. I would definitely favor Khan in that matchup.

Styles make fights so I still would probably ride with Thurman over Khan but I'm more than willing to admit Khan had less problems with Collazo.

The two of them will continue to avoid each other for the next year or so. Khan continues to pray five times a day that Mayweather will fight him and won't fight anyone unless he thinks fighting that person will get him a Mayweather fight. He will only agree to fight Thurman after Mayweather retires.

Thurman, on the other hand, has no reason to fight Khan as long as he continues to be hyped as the next best thing in boxing while he continues to fight and beat nothing but C & D level fighters. He will only fight Khan when boxing fans and the boxing media stop giving him credit for doing nothing and force him to step up his level of competition.

Thurman is a boring, protected fighter who is clearly overhyped because of his marketability. Furthermore, his durability remains a question. I'm actually starting to wonder if he hasn't already peaked. I think Brook clearly beats him and I think Porter and in shape Maidana could probably beat him too. Kahn would definitely be favored againist him. And list goes on. Danny Garcia would be favored againist him. He should fight Algeri next. I'm pretty much done with this guy.

Collazo caught Thurman with a great shot. Even Floyd and Pac have been drilled and hurt by a great shot. The fact that he weathered the storm and got angry afterwards showed me volumes. So let's not get carried away by one shot that didn't even put him down. He has beaten two top ten welters, more than anyone currently active in the division not named Floyd or Bradley.

That one shot made Thurman look "beatable"? He's been there before and always bounced back in the middle of a fight. To take a liver shot like that and still going the way he did is impressive.

I'm not a Khan hater but there's no way anybody could be impressed with that clinch fest of a fight.

Wow, Keith still managed to earn a TKO after that quit job. Still putting that One Time to use with that one shot KO.
