Because he almost went down from a body shot thrown by someone with a 44% ko percentage. He couldn't get off with his punches. Personally I feel this is his 3rd subpar performance in a row. He has peaked. And guys he's fighting are on another level all of the sudden his power looks average at best. He still KO's Khan easily though.

Young guys who are coming up all go through that steep learning curve.

Is it all about levels ^^

Thurman was rocked against Soto Karass too. Not known for being a tremendous puncher. I think Khan and Maidana are levels above Thurman. Thurman would be back pedaling all night against Chino until he gets caught, and Khan has power as well too...he knows how to throw a mean body shot and he has speed.

            I'd pick both over thurman.

The Khan fight isn't as sure a thing for sure. Almost a pick 'em... but I choose Khan anyway. Both have power..both have vulnerability. Difference maker is KHan has speed and tying up skill. And his experience. His depth of experience with different high tier fighters gets him passed Keith.

I agree Maidana would've beaten Thurman. I say would've because doesn't look Chino will be ready for that fight anytime soon. As far Khan, I would've agreed with you before the Algieri fight. If Algieri can get inside and land then so would Thurman and he'd probably hurt him.
