Hearns by clear UD. Horrible, horrible, matchup for Floyd.

I rank Floyd very highly all-time at 130 and also highly H2H from 130-140, but 147 is a different story.

The number of guys I'd pick over Floyd at 147 jumps considerably from the number of guys I'd pick over him at the lower weights, and perhaps no one is a tougher matchup than Hearns.

Everyone's going off of the current Floyd.

I still say 90's Floyd dusts Hearns off. Reasons:
        - Floyd's accuracy AND power was scary. Just watch the Gatti fight for the best example of this. I know Gatti's no Hearns, I'm only referring to Floyd's striking ability.

        - Early Hearns was accurate but he moved wildly. It got him caught against Hagler who weathered that storm and snapped that jaw a few times. Floyd, in my opinion, is much more accurate than Hagler and 90's Floyd had more KO power.

        - The Hearns that fought Duran was able to beat Manos de Piedro because Duran isn't a fast thrower. Hearns beat him to the punch every time. I consider 90's Floyd faster than both of them.

Yes, Hearns is tall, but so was De La Hoya, Corrales, Castillo, etc.
