The Rigs that schooled Donaire, would beat Lomachenko. The Rigs from the Francisco fight wouldn't.
Lomachenko is a completely different animal. Rigo would have to be at his best to have a chance at winning comfortably, he can't just half-azz cruise to a win.
I think the way they both fight actually plays into Lomachenko's strengths moreso than Rigo's.
I have to agree, but that largely depends on how the fight plays out. What's intriguing is that both have such high ring IQ's, and such deep amateur experience, it would be a battle of masterminds.
Rigo would have to pick up his offense to stand a chance at winning this one.
I agree. That's part of why it would be so interesting. Loma also would have to be very careful because Rigo is good at taking advantage of mistakes and miscues.
