I don't put any promoter/manager on a pedastal like some do with Haymon.

Ward vs Degale is the only downside
Yeah i guess. I just don't see it as a meaningful deal.

He's starting to show the power of PBC. The man took the risk, now he will reap the rewards. PBC is a masterstroke. Fighters will soon be falling all over themselves to get on free TV and build their brands and get exposure they could only have dreamed of before.

              Fighter pay or total profits?????

Haymon's invasion of the Britain now well underway.

Overpays them and matches them soft.

I had heard DeGale had no contract with Matchroom, I guess this is confirmation?

Cant see any negatives other than the fact Roc Nation and Haymon have beef which stops the Ward fight
I don't know why we believe that. Yes, a case happened a while back between Beyonce, her dad and Haymon, but that doesn't necessarily mean that Roc Nation will be left in the dark. Also, with Broner, Thurman and Wilder of course Haymon didn't want them signing elsewhere; That would put a monkey wrench in the whole PBC thing.

Hopefully I'm right and they find a way to work together, because having Ward fight against a Direll or Degale would be great, and the cross promotion would bring a lot of eyes seeing as Jay would be involved in a broadcast television program.

Its probably more meaningful in terms of Haymon signing a high profile UK fighter than specifically about Degale. Im interested to see how it works with Matchroom, will Degale still fight over here? Will he be on PBC? Will PBC make a debut in the UK even?
