How do you feel about Floyd Mayweather's catch weight for Canelo Alvarez?

Was that acceptable, or should Floyd have fought Alvarez at 154?

No different than how I felt about Pacquiao's catchweight against Cotto. Immaterial.

oh it's cool. No different than Pacquiao's catchweight fights.

But if your a Jr. fan, don't dare complain about Pac's catchweight fights. That's called, HYPOCRITE.

Thought it was unnecessary. Didn't diminish the win to me though, as Canelo had a horrible game plan and played right into Floyd's hands.

I have no problem with it as Floyd isnt a natural 154lber. What I had a problem with is his hypocrisy about catchweights and the excuse he gave to why he was fighting Canelo at a catchweight.

Fighting at the full 154lb limit would not have changed the outcome of that fight. Canelo came into that fight thinking he could outbox Floyd rather than imposing his size and just trying to maul and overwhelm Floyd.

Didn't like it. Canelo looked terrible at the weigh-in.

Freedom heavily criticised Mayweather for imposing the catchweight yet is fully behind Golovkin demanding a catchweight for Ward.

            Deflection thread.

I posted said this in another post a couple years ago. The main problem Floyd had with Pacquiao was that he refused drug testing and the catchweights. Personally I don't care about a pound or two. BUT, since Floyd had such big problems with this he comes across as a huge hipocrite when he fights at a catchweight.

So I do have a problem with it, but I think Mayweather would have won regardless to be honest.

Also, since he considered Cotto undefeated, does this mean Canelo is still undefeated?

Floyd was the biggest critic of Pacquiao fighting at catch weights.

The better question is "How do you feel about GGG trying to fight Ward at a catchweight?"
