this plus also thurman is on a big stable where Haymon shouldnt have a problem giving him better fights... you can make an excuse for 1 fight but when your whole career is full of bums and your best win is a shot mediocre guerrero then you cant only blame your self, your promoter cant get you fights? then move on to another promoter...

Can't blame Thurman for staying active and fighting whomever they put in front of him, definitely not his first choice...
Call it what it is. GGG is hiding in the weakest division in boxing, and he won't make any concessions for the fights he claims to want. He wants Canelo or Cotto, but won't meet them unless 160 (which I agree with, but if you claim you want the fight you should chase it.) Wants Ward but it has to be on his terms, wants Mayweather but won't fight the WW at his chosen weight.

Funny thing is all these fighters make more than GGG. All are making 2 million plus and GGG's not seeing that money. How can you call out stars, but won't make concessions to reach them? Then he has the nerve to claims he's avoided; No he's just unnecessary.

I only read Thurman calling out floyd, i wish he would call out Brook/Khan/Maidana and the likes , the WW is the most stacked and the most boring division , thats because all the stars of the division refuse to fight eachother , dont bring floyd into it , he cant fight them all, they shouldve fight eachother ....

It all comes back to him right, What are you going to do after September? I'm pretty sure Floyd isn't responsible for Thurman's career. There are other options. Either way, Thurman probably ends up in there with Porter soon enough.

I've supported Thurman, but he needs to end Collazo within 6 and get another good fight this year. No reason to struggle and no reason for any more fights like this. Demand better.

Win or lose he runs that risk unless he makes a better effort to demand better opponents.
