No chance man. A prime Cotto couldn't deal with Margarito's pressure who doesn't hit anywhere near as hard as GGG and isn't close to GGG skillwise. Golovkin is a stylistic nightmare for Cotto, even if they were the same size I would pick GGG to win, but with the added size and weight advantage, it would just be brutal.

Me too. I'm riding with Cotto all day in that fight. Sends the German home confused, dumb founded, questioning life and his worth in it.

Cotto would immediately have to fight on his backfoot for as long as it lasts. I'd take GGG under 5.

I'll bet real money on that with the condition that if Cotto ducks, it is considered a loss and you have to pay out. It's easy money because even Cotto doesn't think he'd win. If he did, he would have taken the fight already or at the very least signed the step aside agreement.

I agree it will never happen. Cotto will either drop the belt or Canelo will hold it hostage and demand a voluntary. I also doubt Canelo will fight him til '17-18 if ever.

I would bet a lot of money that Cotto never steps into the ring with GGG. Cotto would get beaten to a pulp, his family wouldnt even recognize him until he puts on his pink clogs.
