So..... now do you see why people think his team are absolutely full of ****?

Wow.....on the same week Loeffler vehemently denies a catchweight for Froch, he then demands one for Ward.

Utter PR disaster for Team GGG.

It's not just the cw. It's how they're dying to move up for froch and jcc but now wanna drain ward? Plus ward was off for a year and didn't drain the guy. Please just stop

I think it is a poorly conceived negotiating ploy by the promoter. He probably didn't figure on the backlash.

If Team GGG is inflexible on this then it truly is indefensible. No catchweight for this fight is acceptable.

Maybe even worse. And Ward was coming off a 19-month layoff. What would be Golovkin's excuse?

Lol,I'm just busting some balls here. I don't agree with the 164 catch weight, and im almost 100% sure that Abel and ggg are going to tell Tom to stfu, and that the fight would be at 168. On the other hand, I fully agree with the 50-50 purse split.

One GGG fan speaks the truth. Let's see if the others follow.

thing is they are only going to change their tone bc of the backlash..so i'm proud of the fans for not having this BS!..this fight is about to happen!!!!!!!!!!

No problems here. I would even take it a step further and say 163 would be more fair. Golovkin is a small MW. He could easily make 154.

I think Ward should take this fight. He's obviously ducking Kovalev, but he has a far better chance of being successful against Golovkin..... He should take the fight. But he won't.
