Well for one, GGG is signed to HBO so of course his fights are going to be on HBO. Second, Ward isn't held down by a contract. GGG wouldn't fight Paul Smith because Smith fights at 168.

How is GGG not ducking Ward? Did he offer Froch or Chavez Jr., a catchweight? How known if Froch in the U.S.? LOL!!! In England (Froch hometown) he's very popular, and Ward is popular in his hometown of Oakland. What's the difference? Two 168 fighters that are popular in their hometowns. See the iron in that?
