Trinidad was much better than Cotto. There is just no comparison in my opinion. Trinidad won 20 world title fights in a row before losing to Hopkins. Cotto would not have lasted more than a round or two with the Hopkins that beat Trinidad. I have never thought Cotto taking a knee was this big disgrace. Lots of good fighters take a knee to get a rest and to keep from getting KOed. It's not the same as quitting at all. I don't think Cotto has ever quit. He is a brave boxer.

I agree. I think Cotto took an 8 count to get some air in his lungs after 9 rounds of drinking his own blood and NOT being able to breath through his busted/headbutted nose. "Watch those heads!" < Round 2 ref warning...

But I do see Cotto winning this fight. IT will be a very difficult fight for both. The reason I see this fight hard for Cotto is because of Canelo's hand speed and Power. as a matter a fact if it wasn't for Canelo's punching Power I picked an easy TKO for Cotto.

Did you just contradict yourself? How is it an awesome fight if you expect it to be one sided. You guys kill me, Cotto is beating Canelo based on experience and confidence. It will be a battle of left hooks and Cotto's left hook is more devastating add the fact that Cotto has been doing well lately stamina wise as oppose to Canelo who almost completely gassed out in two rounds in his last fight against guy coming back from an almost two year lay off.
