I remember when Garcia Herrera fight was made I thought it was a **** fight Garcia was going to easily beat Herrera.It was a close fight I had Herrera winning 7-5

Danny won, those are the facts, it was a good fight, Herrera finished the last 4 rounds strong and yes Herrera was headbutting him throughout the fight, so was Peterson, the mark on the left side of Danny's face after the Peterson fight is from a headbutt from Peterson in round 5 with 22 seconds left in the round, Herrera would also headbutt Danny throughout the fight, Herrera lost the first 4 rounds easy against Danny, first 4 rounds with 8 left, do the math, the fact that some of these fighters Danny has beaten finish the last 4 or so rounds of the fight in a competitive manner does not mean they won the early rounds as well, Hopkins is just taking sides in the Team DSG vs De La Hoya beef and supporting the fighter Golden Boy is promoting

maybe hopkins really think this way, it's a big possibility since there is a lot of people that feel the same way about this fight, but i think he is saying this right now because danny is no longer with gbp.

Garcia won the close fight. He struggled to make weight and that definitely affected his performance. But you have to beat the champion. Herrera fought well but all that ****y macho crap cost him when he should've been throwing punches.
