Stevenson is in a bad position what with Kovalev and Beterbiev being his 2 main challengers. They say that no professional boxer is scared - I don't buy that. They may not be scared of getting KOd but they are scared to see their careers take a hit.
Who are the biggest current duckers
    Stevenson (Kovalev)
    Froch (Golovkin / DeGale)
    Quillen (everyone with a pulse)
    Cotto (GGG)
Canelo (every threat at middleweight - the division he currently fights in)
    Khan (Brook)
Santa Cruz (Rigo and anyone with a pulse)
    Frampton (Rigo)
    Quigg (Rigo)

Both guys got my respect for past deeds but when it comes to current words who has the credibility? Hopkins for stepping in with Kovalev.

Please change your photo - I want to vomit every time I see it - talk about sycophantic - sicko?
It makes you sick to see what being successful looks like? Says a lot about you.

Credibility? Legacy? GGG has none of that. So he should start with Hopkins. Since they think everyone is swerving them, why not make the old man an offer?

Golovkin has to be the guy he is talking about because DeGale is not seen as a killer and Stevenson/Beterbiev are with Al Haymon/PBC.
Well GGG could be more dangerous but that all gets proven during a pro fight. We know that Kovalev is a bonafide great fighter (not gonna call him elite yet) as he has been lucky enough to have Hopkins and Pascal step up. GGG looks great, but his weight class is populated by a bunch of spineless cowards and/or divas - so GGG has yet to have the chance to prove he is elite. I'd love to see him in with Froch, Ward, DeGale or Hopkins. People can say he Hopkins is an old man but really he is an enigma, we'll never see his like again.

I'm all for my own success mate not worshiping somebody else's success - somebody who doesn't give 2 shits about little Dirk.

Froch's legacy is good but it ain't great so don't be getting all besides yourself. It is Froch who said GGG is to be swerved like a mule. If GGG has no credibility why does he now figure on nearly all pound for pound lists? Regards GGG's legacy I agree - but it nobody wants to dance with him including your beloved Froch.

I think he'll fight for a cruiserweight title. Why fight a smaller fighter when there are bigger ones to conquer.

You obviously aren't a successful person. That's why it makes you want to vomit when you see other's succeed. It's an envy thing. Why else would you plead with me to change my avatar? It's just a photo.

                Success clearly bothers you.

There are plenty of potential dance partners out there for GGG. He just wants to get a payday. Hopkins is a big name - why doesn't GGG try to fight him?

I cannot see GGG moving to 168 to fight Hopkins. It would not be a PPV fight as the Kovalev - Hopkins fight was not PPV. So it does not meet the criteria for GGG to move up. It also does nothing at all for GGG at all. If he wins, he beat a 50 year old who should be retired. Lose and he is a total bum who can't beat a 50 year old who should be retired.

Golovkin fans have an excuse for every opponent that wants to fight. You can't claim everyone is ducking him and then make excuses for why he shouldn't fight the ones that want to.
