I am not in the least bit upset that ****rider delablowa got robbed, but to call it anything else is unfair.
Yes, he ran like a stocking wearing, polesmokin fiend for the last 4 rounds, but he won that fight.Comment

Bigger? Meaning what? PPV buys? I don't know maybe.
But historically this fight is no where near as big as undefeated 1 and 2 WWs Trinidad and Oscar fighting in their primes.
Oscar and Tito was almost as a big of a deal as Floyd v. Pacquiao would have been 5 years ago...
I didn't read the article but only money-wise is this fight comparable..historical importance..no way..Comment

LOL @ Oscar
that was a super fight between two undefeated welterweights
me for Cotto vs Canelo: oh cool...should be fun to watch...i can probably sell this to my homeys
me for Oscar vs Tito: THIS IS THE SUPER BOWL OF BOXING!!!!!!!!!!!Comment

sorry bigjavi, but as much as I despise ODH and think he is nothing more than a **** sitting, cross dressing cokehead, he separated himself from Tito in a big way rounds 1-8.

While I agree with ya... I had Trinidad win 2 of those early rounds (dont remember which one... now ya making me wanna rewatch the fight again today lol) with one of those being a swing round, and the rest of the fight when ODH was running around. I had the fight a draw. Much like I had the Lara-Canelo fight 7-5/8-4 with swing rounds but ultimately a draw
In all seriousness, I was amazed at how easy he was beating Tito.Comment

Oscar's first 7 rounds against Tito (not staying he won all of them) were amazing displays of real boxing...it wasn't clinching and pot shotting like Mayweather does at all...
Bottom line is Oscar ran rounds 8-12 so you can't give him any of those rounds... so unless you think Oscar won the first 7...he couldn't have done better than a draw...Last edited by MisanthropicNY; 07-07-2015, 02:08 PM.Comment

LOL @ FIomos on here always siding with the "boxer" aka the guy who avoids the action...probably had Oscar winning every round especially the 12th lol...
Interestingly enough, I believe it was that fight that changed the scoring system in boxing forever...if Oscar v. Tito had fought now in 2015 in Vegas with Mayweather's judges...pffft...
Oscar would have won like 12-0 or 11-1 for sure...Last edited by MisanthropicNY; 07-07-2015, 02:20 PM.Comment
