Thats why he is not being promoted because he reportedly has one fight left with top rank, and once its over Brandon Rips will go to Pbc. Top Rank is trying to sideline Rios till the end of the year for one more fight against Bradley where they hope he looses. So when he looses his stock will drop. By keeping him unactive he will likley loose his next fight because of not being inactive

Well good for Top Rank then. If you want to be on PBC or with Haymon it means you never wanted tough fights or now you just want easy fights. Rios only has a fan base because he has balls and fights everyone. If he starts taking easy fights what's the point of watching his dumbass?

And tbh since his fist fight in HBO win or lose he takes one heck of a beating.
Honestly top rank doesn't need him anymore, they dont have any opponents for him left, and I want to see Rios vs Maidana.

Well, on NSB he will be a beast everyone is scared of if he re-signs with Top Rank, or a fraud bum if he starts being managed by Haymon.

Yup, Robert expressed discontent with Top Rank and said that Haymon is treating him good at the moment.
This could set up Rios vs Mayweather which floyd has avoided for years. Bam Bam knocks him out cold, mark my words. There is a reason why floyd has avoided the fight so hard. Same with Provodnikov, floyd hid in a hotel bathroom when Provo was present.
