Top Rank is trying to sideline Rios till the end of the year for one more fight against Bradley where they hope he looses. So when he looses his stock will drop. I don't see his manager Cameron Duncan advising him to go to pbc. That would take away cam's power with hbo and too rank..which is pretty considerable for a manager. He's also made rios a lot of money
