I don't think Mayweather ducked low all that many times in the fight with Pac. Probably could count it on one hand IIRC.

Is the reasoning of the OP that if other people get away with something it becomes OK? Not really sure what is proven by including these videos of other people ducking low.

It is against the rules. For some reason in the pros the rules are not promptly imposed. Like grabbing for example. In the amateurs the first time u bend like that u get warned.

If somebody bends their wasit like that the other guy should not be punished if he hits him in the back of the head.

I don't have a problem with it as long as if he gets hit in the back of the head the other fighter doesn't get warned or deducted a point
