Most fans just want good matchups. When PBC has a huge portion of the top fighters, why wait so.long to put them in against each other?

Why hasn't Keith fought Alexander? Paulie should be the one fighting Spence Jr.

I get it,it's on basic cable, big names, etc.

i mean seriously since the pbc started a weekend without multiple fights or fights in general with big names is so rare its ridiculous. how people are taking this for granted is beyond me.

TBH, Larry, we've always complained about matchups Al has put together. From Berto back on HBO, to showtime last year. The one year we got was 2014, when they tried to smash HBO.

This year has looked GREAT compared to the crap fest they unloaded on us last year.

Paulie deserves FNF fighting as a gatekeeper. Thurman should be fighting top 8 WW on NBC/CBS

who cares what he did in the past. if you can not tell he was waiting to make those fights for pbc then you are not paying attention. now the pbc is here who cares about the past i mean seriously. Im also tired of people giving certain fighters under certain promotions a break when they fight a push over usually the reason is staying active. somehow thats not good enough for a fighter like wilder but if kovalav or ggg fight a bum to "stay active" its ok

Paulie spews a lot of bull****, he's right on this one. The people in here complaining are exactly the dumb mother ****ers he's talking about. It is FREE boxing and you guys aren't paying a dime, if you don't like it, don't watch it.

That doesn't mean you can't complain about the matchmaking, because you certainly can. But, at the end of the day these aren't fights being put on HBO which was the case just 3-4 years ago. You can also complain about it being on too many channels, because it is. But to say **** PBC because it's Haymon controlled, all you do is prove you're not a fan of boxing, not a real one anyway.

They're both on free TV, look at what u get on Friday night fights and look at what u get on PBC, noway a fighter like Thurman or Garcia or Malignaggi or Porter or Broner would fight on Friday night fights, even if they're fighting someone's grandma. Get real! Al Haymon is keeping the fighters relevant and busy so that they don't get out of shape for too long, sometimes he gets his fighters stay busy fights, sometimes he puts them there against tough opposition, we just had Peterson vs Garcia, Thurman vs Guerrero, Broner vs Porter, Khan vs Algieri and so on, and all these fight were in a span of 2-3 months, Nothing to complain about here really, how many times have showtime or HBO done anything like this in the last 15 years?

Free tv? Stop saying this bs line. Cable tv is not free in any way.

Great? We all knew Guerrero was washed up when he fought Keith. The fight against that Asian fighter showed that he wasn't whatever people thought he was. Look how he looked against the feather fisted Mexican last month.

Peterson/Garcia was too late, for nothing significant. But was entertaining. I did enjoy Khan/Algerie, and Porter/Broner didn't deliver ,however on paper it was a good matchup.

All the rest was just filler. Be real these aren't great fights,but when you get served crap like last year,you feel this is steak.

I think the fear is that PBC will end up at or already is that unless your part of it you don't get a decent fight.Some thing like when Don King had all the top heavies tied up in the 80s, this is not good for the boxers and no good for us the fans.Any body with such power needs to be treated with caution .Paulie is just a mouthpiece for himself and most things he talks about and boxers who have beaten him all relate to trying to make himself Paulie seem better......beware .....if it's good for Paulie then it's good !
