Paulie Is A Punch Drunk Idiot; Fans Can't Be Critical But Mags Can Be Of Pacquiao

I'm tired of hearing anything out of Paulie Mags. The guy NEVER beat anyone credible. He hits like a lightweight. He never got the big headlines nor the Paydays, but whines, cries, complains and is critical of everyone around him. Why anyone asks him for his drunken opinion as though he's a great student of the game blows me away. My only memory of this fool is his running for his life, getting a thorough beatdown by Shawn Porter to where Mags didn't even know who he was. I see Mags is still having complications.

Kovalev doesn't have the stable in his weight division that he can work.with. He made the best he could with Pascal and Hopkins in his last two fights. Who else can he fight now realistically?

GGG is in the same boat at 160. I don't give Stevenson too.much crap.since there isn't much at 175 for him other than Bieterbiev.

I do give crap to Quillen since he has Jacobs calling him out.

Garcia-Malignaggi was a good fight 2 years ago, Thurman-Collazo was a good fight 3 years ago. Today, Thurman-Garcia and Malignaggi-Collazo makes much more sense but no, we get two more mediocre match-ups that no one wanted.
Because that is what is being replaced. In the UK you guys have BoxNation so maybe you get boxing more often than we do but last year was completely dead in terms of the amount of boxing that was on television in the states.

Paulie is the BIGGEST fraud out there. He needs to shut the hell up because he has zero creditability. Go flash back 2 or 3 years ago and listen to all the crap he used to say about Haymon. How he trashed him and how he was going on and on about the boxing politics. Trashing Haymon fighters. Rant after rant. Then he sells out and signs with Haymon and he changed his tune. Pulled a 180 and now it seems all those years screaming about the injustice in boxing and guys like Haymon had nothing to do with speaking for what's right about boxing. But instead was him jealous, him whining, him crying that out fighters had more advantages then he did. He's a loud mouth clown.

He's on Haymon's payroll now so he goes out of his way to push the Haymen agenda and try and do damage control. Dude is pathetic for real.

What makes us fans believe that if all fighters..ALL were signed to PBC, that we would have the top vs the top? All I see.is 2tune ups then a good matchup a year.

For PBC to work they have to develop a real superstar. Keith could be that, yet the way he's being matched up , layoffs. Don't see it happening.

He's solid, like Porter/Garcia/Khan but no superstar appeal. Think they put everything on AB.

A couple of changes I would like to see on PBC

I would love to see one floating commentator crew. Like Al Bernstein and Teddy Atlas. Some of the commentating right now is horrendous. I know it is probably not possible, but it would be nice.

During commercial breaks, I would love to see a little "picture in picture" virtual window in one of the corners of the corner work being done. It's something i never realized i would miss so much.

Since FNF no longer airs on ESPN Showtime now showcases the main events with fighters that I have never heard of.

Yes it is. You don't need to pay a cable fee to watch NBC, CBS, ABC etc. They have "digital rabbit ears" and you can pick those up. Using your logic it's not free because... you need to pay for the TV?

Because before PBC existed Friday Night Fights was the only regularly scheduled boxing programming on basic cable television.

ESPN/FS1/CBSsports/SpikeTV aren't available on rabbit ears. So for every Porter/Broner fight, we get blessed with a Barthelemy/DeMarco headlining fight we can watch on rabbit ears?

Thought the whole plan was to attract casual viewers..
