Floyd has more haters than everyone! I dislike him too for the exact same reasons, and would cheer for Khan like I do with all of his fights if he was to fight Mayweather.

Why are you making out Floyd to be Mr popular when everyone thinks he's a damn idiot too.

Absolutely. Instead of Floyd actually fighting the best time after time and proving himself time after time in the ring.

Outside of the ring, he's an idiot too. But let's not compare someone who's at the top of his game, who is an undefeated champion in 5 different weightclasses or whatever it is. Who has more than 20 world champions on his resume and who's P4P no 1 to Amir Khan please.

Let's not take it to idiot level.

      No not really.

Most boxers in the world are happy fighting top fighters to get into a position to fight a great fighter. I don't need to list them.

The ones that aren't are usually guys content fighting at a lower level against C level guys, getting a respectable payday but not demanding more.

Khan stands alone on the top of the boxing mountain as the most deluded fighter there is. And it has nothing do with his race.

Khan has quality opponents in his resume, not everyone is gonna have a Pac/May/Froch style of resume yet Khan has one of the best careers on the planet right now and he gets undue hate.

Khan is far more accomplished than Porter, Brook, Guerrero and so on but they seem to have more fans. It's a curious outcome.

Oh and Mayweather doesn't back it up time and time again and doesn't always face the best but that's a different thread.

Yes he does. 5 years ago. He talks as if he had them yesterday. No he doesn't really. He's not in the top 10 that's for sure. Probably not even top 15 or 20 either.

Yeah, because they aren't delusional and don't talk like they are the best thing since sliced bread after just having struggled with an ordinary opponent like Khan does.

When is the last time Floyd fought someone not in the top 5 of his division or a world champion?

I think Floyd would make Khan look like an amateur.

I'd root for Floyd. Amir Khan looked wack against Algieri, wouldn't be as interesting a match up as it might have been before. Still got some fast hands though.

Nobody here can be a proud man if they support a crack seller, woman beater, child beater, ped user despite the cover ups and a racist

There is something seriously with people if they support the above

Just keeping it real folks, I know khans annoying but still

Let me give you a couple of reasons why some people don't like him:

                      1) He refers to himself in the 3rd person
                      2) He has an inflated ego beyond belief
                      3) He contradicts himself constantly
                      4) He doesn't give the fans what they want
                      5) He had delusions when it comes to his worth and importance
                      6) He passes up one opportunity after another to wait for a shot, instead f earning it
                      7) He's downplaying other's achievements all the time
                      8) Delusions of grandeur - Again, can't emphasize this enough

This is just the tip of the iceberg by the way.

It's completely pathetic that you think the reason why people don't like Khan is because of his race. It's because he's a bloody idiot.

So, which one of those points applied to him back when he was booed against Barrera?

It is just that today there are genuine reasons as you mentioned to hate him, but it is not as if race has no part to play in it.
