But you would have to watch it in slow-mo, with the TV tilted towards manny's corner, with the tint at 25%, and Manny would have to take a lie detector test to determine if he's "really" 100% and he has to have his "killer instinct back", and take a shot of toradol just in-case he re-injures something during the fight. And no drug test, with the commentators muted, and punch-stats disqualified...Then I can see how pac already won (oops) will win, by knockout according to Freddie Roach

Not necessarily. Duran started at 118, but was a natural 135er at 5'7", 66" which is all the same as Pac, minus the training discipline haha, and beat a prime middleweight champion, who himself went up and won titles at 168, 175 and even a minor heavyweight title against former WBC world heavyweight champion. 37 year old Duran, who started at 118, beating a three division world champion for his middleweight title.

For a Mayweather level payday, he'd say anything. The reality would be a lot different. He's never made 154 as a pro, and ten years on fighting at 160 and looking lean and ripped, it's incredibly unlikely he could. I doubt he could even get to 156 without serious adverse weight issues.

Ten pounds for a middleweight is probably too rough. 154 is possible, Hopkins was 156 against Oscar, being that GGG is shorter he could probably do 154, 150 though that's pushing it too far.

Since we haven't seen GGG at even 154 we can only vastly imagine what he would be like at 150. If he can make 154 easy and perform well, then I think 150 would be no problem and he would KO Pacquiao. Pacquiao doesn't have the best chin after all. Also Manny's last TKO was against a drained Cotto at CW in 2009. Most likely the fight would be at 154 or CW of 156/157.
