If Margarito vs Mayweather fought back then, who wins?

I'm clearly conversing with someone who knows nothing about the sport, and hasn't seen Floyd fight much.Comment

What the **** does Amir Khan knocking Maidana down with a body shot in rd 1 have to do with Maidana and Margarito fighting alike?

LOL so clowns now forget Margarito is a cheater only when he has to fight against TBE.
Fact of the matter the Margarito that all you haters love is a suspect therefore making him a moot opponent because we never will know who the real Margarito was.Comment

Well, Floyd was thinking of "Health comes first". So that is why there was no fight.I don't think this question has ever been asked. It's refreshing to see unique threads as NSB sometimes is filled with repetitive garbage from alts of banned posters.
Margs gets the "didn't fight floyd" extra credit from so many on NSB. He isn't much and floyd would beat him probably 9-3 or 10-2.
I look forward to more quality threads like this from the TS.
Scores are irrelevant. Vegas would have given Floyd the win and his fans would have agreed. Big deal. Even if Margarito won the fight.
Margarito wanted the fight. Called him out. Floyd said no. Its all on tape.
Why Floyd said no? This is a refreshing question.
For one, he didn't want to lose a fight.
More importantly, win or lose, Margarito had the work rate, size and stamina that Floyd would have left a piece of himself in that fight. Floyd didn't want to risk that.
The above is why it is important to fight all comers in order to say that you are who you say you are. Floyd didn't want to go there. His career could have been different AFTER that fight. Floyd may have never been the same fighter.Comment

Top Rank, as they've done at some point with nearly every fighter they've worked with, ****ed around with the money.
From what I recall, Top Rank offered $8m for the fight, Floyd thought that his take was supposed to be more, Top Rank laughed him off and argued that Floyd wasn't even really worth the $8m, Floyd went on his own to fight Carlos Baldomir for $8m and a dollar.
Floyd gets the De La Hoya fight immediately after that, pockets at least $25m, and he launched into the stratosphere from the on.Comment
