Thanks for that post, a lot of interesting info there.

This further shows me that my theory that Haymon is trying to blow through this $ as quick as possible is true.

If those statements are accurate, if PBC fails the investors will basically get nothing and have nothing. The contracts of the fighters are still technically haymons, and they would have to agree to a buyout.

I don't know if this is true or not. But either way, Haymon is blowing through this $ and accomplishing nothing. No on can dispute that, and the only reason why IMO,mis he doesn't care Abiut PBC, he just wants to pay himself his 15%.

Haymon uses people and steals from wherever the money source is, that's his speciality, he stopped doing it to Showtime and now does it to his investors.

Been reading his posts there too. He's definitely paying more attention to it than I am

      • It is amazing that I pointed out many of those problems when PBC first started and the amount of the investment was first made known. And I am not an investment specialist or a lawyer of any kind. These all seemed to be obvious flaws in the PBC model from the get go. I even pointed out that PBC has no inherent value at all beyond the fighters and that the fighters were contracted to Haymon as personal services contracts and could not simply be bartered like some product.

Everyone told me I knew nothing and that I was an idiot. Now it feels really good to have my points of view more or less redeemed by a lawyer with experience in these things.

Thanks so much for keeping us up to date! I hope Haymon ends up in prison and all his fighters have their contracts made null and void and become free to sign with reputable managers.

                    • The sad thing is most of this isn't even out of genuine concern regarding Haymon's business practices...it's all about muh Manny.
